Choosing your colour scheme can be tricky..but it doesnt have to be!
It doesnt even have to be one colour! Perhaps a rainbow pastel theme with pale blues, pinks, lilacs and cream, or variations of one colour, blush pinks and golds... the combinations are endless.
You could take some inspiration from your venue too.
Try and reflect the ambiance in the room / venue you are getting married in.
Bold colours will bring drama and softer colours will be more romantic.
Take inspiration from the seasons, although it is not a rule, more often than not darker, richer colours work best in Autumn and Winter and lighter, softer colours work better for the Spring and Summer.
Flowers of course will play a big part in your colour theme. Will your preferred flowers be in bloom when you get married? Are they available in your colour? If no then may be you could consider artificial flowers, or even a paper bouquet.
Magazines, pinterest and instagram are all good starting points.... but do remember not every part of your wedding has to match perfectly, so don't stress about every detail being correctly colour coded and matching!
