Can I come and see you?
Yes of course! We are available between 10am and 6pm 7 days a week, for consultations.
Just give us a ring or an email and we can arrange a time which best suits you!
How do I place an order?
Most of our listings have various options available. Please use the drop down menus to make your
selections. If we don't have exactly what you are looking for, please email us with your requirement and
we will create a bespoke quote.
The next step is for you to email your required information to us.
We will then create and email you electronic proof copies for you to view.
Do you have a minimum quantity?
Not at all. We can create designs from 1 - 1000! We provide exactly what you need!!

Payment and Shipping
We currently accept Paypal, Cash, Cheque and Direct Bank Transfer. If you would like to pay via bank transfer please email us
for the necessary details. Once payment has been received we will start work on creating your electronic proofs for you to view. It is at this point you need to ask for any amendments to be made, these are unlimited and nothing would ever be printed without you being 100% happy. The prices shown in the listings also include standard
UK delivery, 3-5 day courier service. If you would like to upgrade your postage to next day delivery, please email us for a quote. All packages will require a signature on delivery. We do offer postage outside the Uk, please email us for a quote.
Returns & Refunds
Returns & refunds are available on all non personalised items. All of our personalised items include electronic proof copies for you to check and double check. If the mistake is made by us and has not been approved by you on your proof copy then a full refund will be given.
